Natalie Doster Gipson retired from the Los Angeles Police Department after 30 yrs of service, had the opportunity to work as a civilian and sworn employee, I am able to give your perspective from both professions.
I offer experience from: Patrol, Traffic enforcement, Undercover operations, Detective positions (Felony Hit/Run, Fatal DUI, Burglary, Juvenile crimes, Crimes against Persons, Homicide and Mental evaluations); as well as, Patrol Sergeant and Lieutenant Watch Commander and Sr. Lieutenant as Unit Officer-in-Charge.
Specialized experience and training include: Staged Collision Investigations, VICE enforcement, Internal Affairs, Commercial Crimes Investigations (Forgery, Embezzlement and Identity Theft) and Training (Recruit and In-Service).
Oral Interview Experience: from 1995 to Present, I have had the opportunity to evaluate over 1,000 individuals seeking employment or attempting to obtain promotional opportunities. Spent 10 years, working with Personnel to hire new police officers. The experience has made me, a well sought out, Interview Coach by offering practical suggestion to effectively answer potential questions.
